Our Services
Social Work Services
Our social work programs partner with community-based organisations and youth services across South East and Southwest Queensland, supporting homeless and at-risk young people aged 12–25 (with a particular focus on 12–18).
Every case is individualised to minimise trauma for both the young person and our staff, with a strong emphasis on early intervention; reducing the number of young people who enter the homelessness or child protection system in the first place. We advocate for our young people at every stage, working across education, community, and family engagement to support their reintegration.
Youth Work Support and Mentoring
Individualised mentoring matched to each young person's needs; from a few hours of support to ongoing, long-term engagement.
Our team is trained across a range of specialties, so we can match the right worker to the right young person for relationship-building, personal and educational development, family contact supervision, and community outreach.
Residential Care Homes
A structured, therapeutic home environment for young people who can't currently live with their families. Delivered through our Village Model of Care, with individualised care plans focused on wellbeing, education, and preparation for a stable, family-based placement.
Crisis Support
Crisis doesn't keep business hours, and neither do we.
Our on-call team is available 24/7 to support young people and the workers around them when things escalate; including supporting young people in emergency (commercial) accommodation while a longer-term placement is found, teaching practical living skills like cooking and household routines from the very first engagement.
Bespoke services
Every young person's situation is different, so we offer tailored services by consultation, including in-home support to prevent removal, family contact supervision and transport, court advocacy, and certified residential placements selected to feel like a home, not a facility.
